From our family to yours
Beanie Bites started the same way a lot of good ideas do — right in our own kitchen, during one of the busiest (and most tender) seasons of life.

When our first daughter started eating solids, we quickly learned that feeding a baby wasn’t just about what she ate, but how it fit into real life. Like many parents, we wanted to serve foods that were nourishing, full of good ingredients, and exposed her to new flavors and textures — but we were also juggling full-time jobs, long days, and very limited time.

So on the weekends, we batch-prepped. Muffins, pancakes, little bites filled with veggies — anything that could be tucked into the freezer and pulled out quickly during the week. It gave us peace of mind knowing we had nutritious options ready to go, and it made mealtimes feel a little less overwhelming.

Those freezer staples became a lifeline — and eventually, the spark behind Beanie Bites.
Why we created Beanie Bites

Beanie Bites was created to support parents the way we needed support ourselves.
We believe feeding little ones should feel simple, not stressful — and that convenience doesn’t have to come at the expense of nutrition. Our bites are designed to be freezer-friendly, toddler-approved, and made with real, wholesome ingredients, including veggies and balanced textures that help little ones explore food with confidence.

While Beanie Bites can be for everyone, working parents — especially moms — hold a special place in our hearts. We know how heavy the mental load can feel, and if we can help make one part of your day easier, that means everything to us.

Meet the Blairs

We’re Cassidy and Eric Blair — parents of two beautiful little girls and the founders of Beanie Bites.

Eric is a rare Scottsdale native (yes, they do exist!), and Cassidy grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Today, we call Gilbert, Arizona home. We both work full-time outside the home while building Beanie Bites and raising our girls — a balance that’s messy, meaningful, and constantly teaching us new things.
Starting this business has been a true passion project. It has pushed us far outside our comfort zones and helped us grow in resilience, creativity, and grit — traits we hope our daughters see and carry with them as they grow.

Rooted in community & gratitude

Our faith and community mean so much to us. Redemption Gilbert is our church home, where we’ve found incredible friends who have become like family — the kind of people who cheer you on, show up when things are hard, and celebrate the wins right alongside you.

When we’re not working, cooking, or chasing our kids around, you’ll likely find us spending time outdoors, sharing meals with loved ones, or soaking up the everyday moments that make this season of life so special.

Our heart behind every bite

Beanie Bites is more than food — it’s our way of walking alongside other parents and saying, “You’re doing a great job.”

Whether you’re serving Beanie Bites for breakfast before daycare, dinner after a long day, or anywhere in between, our hope is that they bring a little ease, a little confidence, and a lot of nourishment to your table.

Thank you for being here and for letting us be part of your family’s mealtime.
With love,
Cassidy & Eric
